Thìs ìs the fìnest cìgar I have smoked‚ The wrapper was a beautìful dark maduro, wìth nearly ìnvìsìble veìns and seams. The draw was just right. The ash was light gray, with a razor sharp burn. Plenty of creamy smoke. Flavors were earthy, toasted tobacco, with hints of coffee and dark chocolate. For a medium to full bodied smoke, the flavours showed great complexity and balance.

A well build and goodlooking full body cigar that starts out with a rich aroma of hay. This is quickly replaced with a full wood aroma and notes of spices‚ cream and white pepper. The draw and burn were good. Won’t smoke this again. There are much better cigars around which cost far less than did this robusto.

Similar to other connnents about cocoa and spice. A real serious cigar that commands respect and causes 1 to stand up and notice. At first the rectangular format is odd but it grows on you. Must try for the afficionado.

Had this fella resting for practically 2 years. Turned thirty so guess it was a good time, and I needed a relatively quicker smoke. Paired it with Blue Label and had a very nice experience. Perfect burn and draw at this size. The core flavour is grounded in earth and leather, but balanced perfectly between with a slight sweetness that was very unique.

I’d my first 1 (a 2) about a week ago, and loved that one. Prior to lighting it I was wandering if I would be experiencing a let down Not Even Close. Truly a magnificant smoke. Great Burn and Draw and the taste is amazing; Cocca, Coffee, and a very unique ‘earthy tone’ that I just cannot find words for. I bought the 1926 sampler, and now I htikn I will pick up a couple more.
