This smoke starts out very spicy but evens out quickly into a smooth, yet med–strong taste. While it has a good smoke, i compare to some of the other Olivas and it has found wanting. Smoke – 5\10 Appearance – 8\10 Cool burn – 9\10 Construction – 8\10 Draw – 8\10 Burn time – 90+ minute Stays lighted – 10\10 Flavor – 6\10 Aftertaste – 7\10 Complexity – 6\10 Price \ value ratio – 7\10

The Olivia Series G is a very nice smoke for those who enjoy mild to medium bodied cigars.
It first gives a hint of spice followed by sweet hints of dark chocolate. As you get deeper into this beauty it begins to provide you with a palate of earth and savours of grass. Only 3 ashes dropped which speaks to its construction. Very tightly wrapped with very solid balance. If you want a cigar that has coupleaded with hints of complexity this is the one. After two \3 of the Oliva Series G it turns into some what of a full–bodied explosion. Not too aggressive but it has a mlld punch towards the end. If you’re a beginner you can smoke this darlin. For the veterans it has unique and flavourful. Box–Pressed it has odd but can be perceived as organic.

A beauty and sumptuous with no glaring flaws. Could it have been better? Sure, but appreciate the here and now! That’s what cigar smoking is all about.

Oily wrapper‚ tight draw at first‚ had to clip more off‚ then smoked like champ. Faint hints of chocolate‚ very smooth‚ not harsh at all. Would buy again.

    Purchased from sampler pack.
Stored at 68 percent rh for two months in cello wrapper. Nothing special about pre–light aroma [hints of chocolate[?]]‚ which isn’t a bad thing. Box–press looks gorgeous with real sharp corners. Consistent colour through out wrapper‚ little oil. Cut well w\ single blade guillotine. Even burn through out. Ash held up for 1.5 cm\ light grey to white ash. Loosely packed tobacco‚ medium\soft to touch‚ very loose draw. Tobacco flavours w\ little spice. Pleasant smoking experience and incredible value for the price paid. Medium body.

Fairly apparent looking stick‚very nice bands.I wasn’t expecting such flavour from a medium strength stogie‚but this delivers!Lots of rich smoke‚consistent burn.and NO bitterness‚right off the truck!Toasty and earthy. I found my self thoroughly enjoying this from start to finish. Can’t wait to try a few more of this brand‚but this is a winner for me.
