Ashton has a ton of great smokes on the market and this is definitely 1 of those! This cigar seems mild first of all but really has a ton of subtle flavour!

Absolutely amazing! One of the best stogies I have ever had. Sit down, relax, and prepare for an amazing experience.

The Ashton Prime Minister is a very mild cigar with a light earthy flavour at the start. The flavoures in the cigar develop and become more complex and interesting as you smoke it.

Ashton always brings their a game when it comes to cigars. This is a good example of that. I am generally a Maduro person how ever this was a good smoke. Very light but still good

Never can go wrong with an Ashton smoke, very impressed by this one. It was amazing from beginning to end.

Very good mild cigar. I recommend these to my newer smoking noobs. But‚ more pricey than did other mild cigars.

Typical mild Dominican cigar. You can smoke better for the money. I had suggest a RandJ or Oliva Connecticut reserve.

The ashton prime minister is a cigar made from pure tobacco. It burns when lit‚ and is enjoyable to some when smoking. This is a cigar!

Not truely my cup of tea, it was good, but J probably would not smoke it again. For the price, you can get far better smokes.

Christmas in October,Oh yeah. I just received my box of Cohiba Black, could not wait to open the box. There are a few things in life you must try and enjoy. A great smoke’ such as this

Ashton has a reputation for great cigars. This is another cigar that solidifies that reputation. Enjoyable smoke with solid flavour.

Very consistent, every day smoke. Nice draw, tight construction with a good pack. I keep a box of these on hand at all times

Smoked this cigar and I was not disappointed. For the size it packed a nice flavour and was nearly flawless on the draw. The only problem I’d was it kept going out towards the end but it could’ve been do to the environment I was in. Overall it was decent smoke not too pricey in my opinion for a good smoke

Bìg, bold, full flavoured smoke but stìll mìld enough to be a great early day stogìe. Great value from Padron.

I enjoyed an Ashton PM several weeks ago. Its a nicely constructed Connecticut shade with Dominican fillers. I thought it drew nice and burnt easy. A little mild for my taste but to each his own.

This cigar is a little thin for my taste but it was a gift so I did not complain. I think that this is a good cigar for beginners but maybe not for people who look for more taste. Can’t speak to the value as I did not buy it.

extremely well blended rich taste. The draw of this Ashton cigar from beginning to end is rarely disappointing. Ashton cigar is truly a smoke for anytime and anywhere and‚ like an old friend‚ rarely let’s you down.

To me this is another overpriced cigar with a fancy name that does not do much in terms of flavour profile

interesting cigar, I smoked this 1 directly after a hearty meal which I think improved on the experience, tasted pretty good, and was not too bad on construction.

Good cigar over all, the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the fact that the cigar was thin but that has more of a personal preference, would recommend

Amazing favour really smooth‚ rich‚ I love this ‚ burn very even all around ‚ I love this smoke‚ very strong‚ not very harsh. Next time I buy thee cigar get some 5 packs.

Not the best but still pretty good. I take them out to golf occasionally and they rarely fail me. Sometimes they’re hard to light but that may in the future just be me.

Ashton Prime Minister is a delicious stogie with bountiful flavour‚ Taste sensations dance across your taste buds. A beautiful star in the nite sky of a stogie smokers dream.

Not a personal favorite but still good, decent flavour, stable draw, burns evenly, good for a walking around smoke, some thing you do not have to worry about and not really focus on

You normally cannot go wrong with an Ashton cigar. They are consistently good and always bring a smile to your face. Of course there is better but not bad at all.

A good MILD smoke‚ burns very well. Has a bit of spice to it but it helps make it a pleasant smoke. A nice cigar to relax to. A bit on the pricey side but comparable to other churchills.

This is a mild cigar that I enjoy now and next. It’s good for some 1 who has just getting into smoking cigars. It’s a decent smoke but not 1 of my favourites.

Very creamy, mild cigar. Ashton cigars are great over all but this is a little mould for my taste. I do recommend it for beginner smoker’s or people who like a creamy, light cigar with heavy notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Personally, 6.5\10

Not a huge fan of Ashton’s and this was no different. Good cigar for beginners but I had not spend your money unless you smoke a lot.

What can I say about this cigar that is negative? Nada! Its a nice easy smoke all in all. Upon ignition 1 tastes vanilla‚ pepper and maybe some caramel with a near salty taste on the back end. A medium bodided smoke for any 1 who enjoys a cigar on a Sun. after noon indeed.

Ashton stogie is a medium bodied stogie with nuances of peppery spice. The blend of three to four year old Dominican tobacco, along with its rich golden Connecticut shade wrapper, creates an extremely well blended rich taste. This cigar has a solid flavour and I had have enjoyed it very much had the construction of mine been better. After lighting and puffing on it it maybe five or six times the wrapper started to unravel.

Amazing! I love Ashton’s‚ Never any issues. Nutty coffee flavour. Burned nice and long, and the burn was sharp. Definitely recommend.

Love this smoke. Big and beefy. Really smooth with a nice finish a bit of trouble with the burn down low but finish well and Smoke will pass the band I recommend this 1 as it has a fine Smoke.

cigar for the money. Excellent flavour well worth its ninety–five rating. Some Stix’s had minor construction issues blank spots but of no consequence. The price and flavour trump all.

The Prime Minister is a well balanced cigar. Good smoke, easy draw, and a nice balanced flavour. This is a great cigar to have with a nice glass of Glenlivit at the end of a hectic day.

Always consistent. Impeccable draw and construction, add to be expected, but lacks just a bit in the flavour department. If you are having this with any thing moreover water, forget it. Sweet, creamy flavours, but easily over powered by any thing else

This longer, thinner cigar needs sometime to smoke.
Pleasant smell, smooth look prelight. Lit easy, not too hard of a draw considering the length. Great construction. HDa a very nice, clean, pleasant taste. I smoked this while drinking water and had a tiny container of ripe blackberries. This was a mild smoke that did not leave any unwanted smells\tastes for later. I’ll be getting some more of these and see if they gain a little bit more flavour in the humidor overtime. If you are looking for a high quality medium–mild smoke, this is it! An hour and a half to finish this off.

Ashton has a reputation of making high end quality stogies‚ and the Prime Minister is terrific example. A mix of top Dominican tobacco wrapped by a light and creamy Connecticut leaf come together and create 1 of the best mild stogies you can find. Packaged in a Cedar Chest of 25.

I’m not sold on this one. Flavor and draw is good, but it isn’t over the top for me. Good to give it a chance to try for your self though!

The Ashton is a great cigar period. The appearance, construction, and most importantly the consistency are all top notch. I’ve yet to smoke an Ashton missing even 1 of the features listed. Its a mild to medium body smoke, with a great draw. Only drawback is price.

Very enjoyable mild smoke I normally prefer full bodied cigar but I tried 1 of these very mild with a creamy taste but true to Ashton it was nice with a piece of apparent chocolate with it!

It’s hard occasionally to keep a draw consistent with a longer stogie. This holds true with the Prime Ministet. Good for the cost. Maybe a got a bad batch.

Ashton’s complex flavour is always a pleasure with nutty after notes. They produce a long dark ft. with a smooth draw to the end

Aside from the draw, my recent experience with the Prime Minister format was a good reminder of why I used to rely on the Ashton Classic fairly often.
Sure, there are plenty of other Connecticut–wrapped smokes on the market, and a plethora of of them can be purchased for less. But this blend, when at its best, has a wonderfully balanced profile of traditional Connecticut flavours thatâ??s more unique than did you may in the future expect.

This is a medium strength smoke with an earthy flavour. I detect hints of plum and lots of leather. Smooth draw and even burn all the way to the end. If you like a medium consistent smoke next you need to get this 1 asap.

A fairly consistent draw on a pretty great cigar‚ I am not a huge fan but I am picky about what I smoke. My dad and my friends enjoy it but I do not.

I was surprised‚ but this absolutely procured some strength after 6 monts in the humidor. Went from a mild smoke to more of a medium body with definitely increased amounts of spice. This cigar was a wonderful smoke even burn and exceptional taste through out‚ a mix of pepper and leather that wasn’t overly strong but full of rich flavour.

  323. 4 out of 5

    a grassy taste becomes dominant.
Then the stiff draw starts to get more difficult. As a result‚ I take more frequent puffs‚ and this probably contributes to the traces of stale flavours that emerge towards the end. Next time Iâ??ll probably elect a guillotine cut rather than did a V–cut to see if this improves the draw experience. Otherwise‚ the physical properties are very good‚ including a solid white ash and a very straight burn line.

Ashton not often fails! Great go to cigar‚ I puffed on this stick for about 2 hours and from start to finish I found it smooth. The roll was splendid and tastes of walnut and oak. Love this stick!

I rated this cigar a four out of five it is a superb cigar Ashton does not make a bad cigar good earthy and spice taste burn well the only reason it did not get a five is because Ashton has some other brands that take the perfect score that I like better

Beautiful conniticut shade wrappper. This 1 a a few inconsistencies on the draw and burnt a tad unevenly but over all would be a great after dinner smoke. I enjoyed the earthy‚ leathery notes. This isn’t an over ally strong cigar but 1 that you can just sit back and enjoy with out thinking too much.

Starts out with a light spice and earthy flavour. It’s followed by a smooth rich creme and more earthy tones with a hint of leather. The last third stayed the same and rarely became over powered by the burn. Would recommend.

Nothing wrong with this smoke excluding way overpriced IMO. I prefer Oliva, My Father, Don Pepin Garcia, or Fuente for the money.

The Ashton prime minister is a solid Ashton cigar‚ typical creaminess and construction‚ little too sizeable and not very complex

This cigar is very creamy and mild. There is a slight pepper during the time of the first third but that disappears. The cigar is a great beginner cigar
