HOW DO YOU ACCOMMODATE SUCH A LARGE SELECTION OF CIGARS?

Our cigars are sourced from over a dozen suppliers worldwide and we are linked in directly to all their available cigars. We are in the habit of occasionally adding a few extra cigars, depending on the order. This is done to encourage individuals to leave reviews and help other cigar lovers with their experiences.

 

IS PRICE NEGOTIABLE WITH LARGER ORDERS?

If you wish to purchase orders larger than five boxes or more, please contact us directly for greater discounts.

 

FREE SHIPPING?

Order greater than $349.99?

You will receive Free Shipping and your order will processed and delivered in an expedited fashion. Normally this is between 4 – 7 business days, depending on the time of your order.

Orders less than $349.99?

It is uneconomical to ship small volumes of cigars halfway around the world. However due to customer demand we a trialling a system where we offer free shipping on smaller packages. The catch is that the order will not leave our suppliers until our couriers have cheap extra space available. So this will mean an extra delay of roughly between 0 – 7 business days. There is still the option of expediting you package; however this will cost $40.

 

WHAT IS REQUEST A CIGAR?

Currently we are only offering the most leading brands of cigars for import, however we are still always working to expand what we offer. So, if there is a particular brand of cigars you are interested in acquiring that is not displayed on the site, don’t hesitate to request it from us. We generally respond within 24 hours and if there is sufficient interest we add them to our offerings permanently.

 

I HAVE NOTICED THAT YOUR CIGAR PRICES FLUCTUATE FREQUENTLY?

Since most of our suppliers are overseas we convert our prices at the current exchange rate, meaning that you will never end up overpaying due to delayed price changes like on some other sites, however this does mean that our prices can vary by even a few dollars, day to day.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES?

No, all prices that you see on the website are the final price you will have to pay, there will be no other fees or duties.

 

IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF SHIPPING DELAYS?

Unfortunately while shipping is normally 4-7 business days, there is always the unlikely possibility that your order can be delayed at customs. This is because Customs Australia has the right to detain any product for up to three days without providing any explanation and then requesting extra paperwork. This is neither an expected nor a frequent occurrence, but we like to be up front with our customers so they are aware of the possibility and we will inform you if this happens to your order.

Your order will also be updated for when it arrives in and clears customs.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority at Fine Cigars Australia. We will provide a full exchange or refund if the cigars are defective, damaged or wrongly described. As long as you contact us within 7 days of the delivery and the item is returned with the original packaging.

 

DO YOU OFFER CUBANS?

We specialise in the offering of Nicaraguan, Dominican and Honduran Cigars. However we are in the process of securing a supplier for Cuban cigars, but as of yet we haven’t locked down a quality supplier for commercial quantities.

 

FLAVOURED CIGARS?

To avoid disappointment please understand that flavoured cigars will not taste like cherry or vanilla. They will have a hint of flavour when smoked and will smell nice out of the package, but that that is all.

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ISSUE – “WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER AT THE CURRENT TIME” ?

1. Your cards are already linked to a paypal account and so you have to log in to use them.

2. Your cards are listed to individuals under the age of 18 ( splutterfish.com).

3.If the order is greater than $2,000 then you may need to use your paypal account to make the order.

4. Limitations and protections on certain credit cards block payments, you may have to call your bank and check if they have stopped the payment.

5. If the credit card is already linked to an account you will have to log in.

ERRORS IN PRICING?

As this is an online store it is possible that some prices may at some point be misquoted, if you believe a pricing to be to be significantly larger than it should be, please notify us and we will look into it as soon as possible.
