Shipping Information

Shipping is included in all prices at Fine Cigars Australia.

Our regular shipping time is 4-7 Business days.

Once orders clear customs* all orders are shipped with Australia Post Express include tracking, insurance against loss or damage and require signature on delivery.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipping beyond Australia**.

If you have not received your order within 10 days please orders@finecigars.com

*Unfortunately Customs can legally hold an item for three days without providing cause, which can delay orders.

**Customers in the US should be advised that ordering Cuban cigars is in direct violation of their Federal Laws (Trading with the Enemies Act). You risk confiscation of your purchase, fines, and jail if caught. We therefore take no responsibility.

New Customers & Orders

Please note that when signing up for the first time and placing your first order, Fine Cigars Australia reserves the right to request additional information in order to confirm your identity. We also reserve the right to request purchase through direct debit when the order is over two thousand dollars.

Any pricing errors on this site are subject to change without notification.

Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer is a payment option available during Checkout. An automated email will then be sent after order completion with all the relevant details.

Refund and Returns

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority at Fine Cigars Australia. We will happily provide an exchange or refund provided the following criteria are met:

1. You contact us within 7 days of receiving delivery

2. The cigars are defective, damaged or have been wrongly described

3. Items are returned with the intact in the original packaging

All cigars are inspected before shipping by our expert staff for damage or defects. Also note that cigars should be stored at the correct temperature of 18 degrees and 71 percent humidity once they are delivered.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Terms and Conditions

You must be over the legal smoking age of 18 if purchasing cigars or any tobacco products.

Some of our products might be injurious to your health. You agree to be over 18 years of age and assume full responsibility of any and all consequences of buying the products.

Unavailable Cigars

If an order is unavailable due to supplier error, we will notify you within two days and you will be offered a refund or a discount on your next order.

Credit Card Security Policy
When purchasing from Fine Cigars Australia, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayPal. Card data is not hosted by (FIne CIgars Australia after processing.
